Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Customers frequently reported long wait times, incorrect orders, and poor customer service, particularly during busy hours.

This Whataburger clearly needs support from their upper management. The way their staff responded when I expressed dissatisfaction with the milkshake I ordered not tasting the way it should. I know a Dr. Pepper shake, I've had them many times.
The girl was so rude when I expressed to her that that was not a Dr. Pepper shake but was in fact vanilla.

The restaurant was super clean as always. The staff are exceptionally welcoming and have great attitudes. The food was fresh and hot. The restroom was clean and appropriately stocked. My visit was a to go order during the lunch rush. I ordered two value menu meals and it took no more than 15 minutes to get my order with at least 4 -5 customers before me. The order was correct and complete. I have no complaints about this location whatsoever.

Absolutely worst waited almost an hour to even get acknowledged had employees walking around looking stupid and didn’t even ask or talk to me. Order was already ready but anytime I talked they said just to wait. Worst customer service I saw 2 managers on site. For having 2 and it not being all that busy with enough employees y’all need to do better.!

Place is actually terrible past 10 PM. I really need to stop going here. It’s just the one near my house. Can’t tell you how many times they’ve messed up my order, given me the wrong order, or given me a burger so cold and hard you can literally bang it on a table and it makes a sound.
Just went at 12:30 and ordered a jalapeño cheese number two I asked for one slice of cheese they gave me two I asked for jalapeños they charged me for it and didn’t give me any. Stuff like this happens all time here. Make sure to do better than me and take your burger out of the sack make sure it’s 1. Edible 2. Actually what you ordered.
