Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

And the there's usually always something missing in the order so if I don't go inside I don't get to get it either way. And now my breakfast ona buns are being smashed. It's really not a good feel or look to Whataburger. Guess I'ma start going to a different one.

I could not go back to first lane because it got busy right away. We had to call the inside and tell them no one is taking our order. All the people in first lane were getting serviced 4 cars past in first lane ordered. Finally ordered 30min later. I ask the worker why they even have a second lane if they are just going to ignore us. He directed me straight to the manager (Junior was his name) didn’t want to deal with me or apologize. Manager came and gave me excuses for the lack of service on the 2 lane. He had 3 workers on first window only one for the 2 lane. Make it make sense 45min later finally got our food. Sad because food was great. No straw and one ketchup. SERIOUSLY JUST CLOSE THE 2 LANE. 😡

My wife's jalapeño cheese burger special order without this, light on that, and add that was correctly made as usual. Her chocolate shake was delightful but couldn't be drunk with a straw (yummy).
