Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

    This Whataburger stays unorganized and the wait times are unbelievable. Last week I sat in a line so long it almost wrapped to the street, and I was in the second lane thinking things would move a little better. I sat there patiently, ready to order, and when I let the worker know I was ready she told me to give her a moment. While I waited, she went on to serve three other cars before even coming back to me. By the time she finally did, I told her not to worry about it and backed out of the line altogether. No one should have to wait longer than thirty minutes for fast food. It is called fast food for a reason. If I was going to wait that long, I might as well make my own burger at home. I believe this has to be the slowest Whataburger in San Antonio. They cannot keep up with the orders and it feels like something is lagging behind the scenes.     I stopped by Whataburger today and was helped by Yvonne, who gave me some of the best customer service. I just ordered a water and an iced coffee, but she treated me with friendliness and attention. She greeted me with a genuine smile, was polite and upbeat, and made sure everything was perfect. Small moments like that make a big difference in someone’s day. Thank you, Yvonne!

    This place was terrible. My server was some guy named Chrissssssss, whatever. He was rude, he didn't appear to know what he was doing. My burger, it must have been on of those left out for some time. The operating manager is Ricquel Young. Mr. Young, the only way I won't report this location to corporate is for you to make it right. $12.44 is too much to pay for scrappy service and food. People, stay away from this location. Whataburger used to be better than this. Hell, I should know, I worked there while in HS.

    I just left this place and I asked specifically for spicy ketchup. The girl said ok. I get to the front. No greeting from the young black girl. Snatches my card from my hand. Says order will be up. Rude as can be. Then she was just as rude to the two cars next to me also. Comes back with my order gives it to me I drive off. No ketchup, no napkins, no nothing. How hard is it. I ordered onion rings and fries. Ketchup is pretty standard. What happened to customer service.

    Drive thru is terrible! Waited 15 mins from the time I put my order in this morning and never even made it to the window to pay! 3 vehicles had to wait for their order so I just drove off! I'm not stopping there again!
