- MGMonica GrennFeb 15, 20265.0The employees ( at around 11:00-12:00 ish time frame on Sunday 2/15/26) at this Wendy’s go ABOVE and BEYOND and when I say that I don’t mean it lightly. I never make reviews on good customer service. Unless, it’s really good. Now a days customer service sucks, but today showed me there is still good customer service out there. They made everything Fresh to order when they didn’t have to. It was slow and nobody was in the drive thru so they did it but they absolutely did not have to. BRAVO the management and employees at Wendy’s for going above and beyond customer service. :) you are much appreciated 🫶

Everything was ice cold the manager Sam Torres had a very bad attitude and said what do you expect me to do about it? She wanted us to drive back over there so that we can get food remade after we’ve already gotten home and it’s raining outside. She didn’t apologize. She just copped an attitude and said what do you expect me to do? I told her we didn’t need the food remade just a simple apology or admit that it was not the way they usually make their food but nothing so we will be contacting the corporate offices

We walk in and she was taking orders thru drive thru in matter of secomds it took me to park.Walked into restaurant employees arguing over french fries, told one of register not working. Very unprofessional, two workers started arguing about register duty using fowl language even used the N racist word. I was there @430pm today fri december 19 2025 look at your employee schedule. Will not be going back felt so uncomfortable.
