8 out of 10 times they do well in drive thru. But today I was expecting the same service in person. They workers were so lost in their daily job I feel so bad for the company why can’t talk find better people to work there…. I literally waited 10 minutes to be taken my order while some girl wa trying to figure out why another worker made a burger? Idk I was very disgruntled, I had to leave and avoid any issues.

Literally avoid this place like the plague. The floors in the establishment are sticky - use better cleaning chemicals. I don't blame the employees here, they don't make enough money to be held accountable for this locations lack of standards. Its honestly sad and the store manager should feel ashamed of themselves. When I went inside to get my order a roach was walking around like he owned the place. News flash for you store manager if you are reading this "im sure you won't because you don't care" the amount of shame you should feel "if your able to" should be insurmountable, im not calling you out to make you feel bad, im calling you up to your potential - because this place is pathetic.

Food was good the cashier was nice just did not appreciate the manager yelling at the lobby cashier to the point we could hear him through drive thru I understand mistakes happen but to be scolded that way in front of customers is highly unprofessional and corporate may need to step in if that’s how the staff is being treated

I ordered thru the drive thru, Friday, 12/12/25 at 5:30 pm. The black guy working the drive thru window was VERY rude and freaking lazy. I waited for 30 minutes to get my food and when I did, items were missing from my order so I had to park and go inside. Workers were making faces and giving attitude like I was inconveniencing them!! After I got the rest of my order, I got home and they still forgot the napkins and sweet and sour sauce!! I will NEVER go back. Do Not waste your money here. Go to the one on Guilbeau and Bandera instead!!!
