Crazy how my fries are burnt and cold at the same time. Friendly employees that make terrible food. EVERYTHING on that side of Bulverde is the WORST. Drive the extra mile and go to Nacogdoches

I waited another 10 minutes inside before they finally told me that they lost my ticket. I asked for a refund and was told they couldn’t because they were making my food and I had to wait even longer. In total I waited about 45 mins for this order which is absolutely ridiculous. I will never be going to this location again and no one else should either
