    I’m really bothered at the fact I couldn’t get a hold of anyone calling their phone number to have ordered four meals and only get three trying to contact someone and I don’t live near this. Wendy’s is such a hassle. And unfortunately I’m losing out on my end because I won’t be going back

    Don’t waste your time ordering ahead. They will only make you wait longer than if you order at the window then they act like they don’t have food prepared. Terrible customer service and not even fast food if I’m waiting 15 minutes for my meal.

    After waiting in line for a good 10 minutes the lady states we are only taking mobile orders. Absurd its 8.24pm. Put a sign on the door, or on the counter. Please communicate with your customers a little friendlier no need to be so sturn. In this day of age as businesses close their doors just be happy your business has customers. Fortunate for us Burger boy always kindly accepts our business while Wendy's fumbles it once again.

    Our cashier Josh, was very rude. Yes it was 30 minutes til closing the dining area, but thats no excuse to be rude. The drive thru was still going to be open, this location is open 24 hours. He even broke the cookie platter from fustration. No customer service skills at all, even when after all the rudeness I still told him thank you and he just rushed away with no response. We waited 26 minutes before we got our food. Our fries were cold and my sons burger was made wrong. When I showed them the receipt and told him that he ordered the bacon double stack and it had no bacon, he says "so he wants the bacon", "ugh yeah". Guess I'm not coming back for awhile.

    Ordered baconator with baconator fries, it was quite good, and the girl put a lot of cheese on those fries so personally I loved that! Keep the good job guys
