  Worst experience ever. Waited 25 mins just to get our order taken (inside) no line. Just ordered 2 Biggie Bags took 20 mins to get out. Out of all soda except for sprite and Hi C. Out of ketchup. Fries were stale and cold, we got the wrong sandwich and chicken sandwiches were disgusting after first bite. Never going back.

  I stopped in today at 1:22 PM, the service from Veronica was some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. She spoke so fast it was impossible to understand her, and when I politely asked her to repeat herself, she became visibly annoyed and rude. To make matters worse, both ketchup dispensers in the lobby were bone-dry. When I told her, she just kept snapping, "We only have what’s out there." I pointed out they were empty, and she still refused to help or offer packets. Totally unprofessional

  Went inside and Waited for about 20 minutes to order and not one single worker showed up to take our order. And the business was slow. Didn't see no customers in the drive thru and only 2 customers eating inside.never again coming here.

  I buy 4 biggie bag two chicken and two beacon double cheese burger. 1 double beacon cheese burger had only one meat I went to the counter to ask for my other meat manager Ana was mad very mad she screaming to the young working guy she tell him make other one .I tell her it's ok I can keep that one just put the missing meat she was really mad and trash the burger and walk away not say sorry or nothing she was not very friendly have really bad actitud I been here 3 times only out of 3 times two is been bad actitud last time I buy 2 cheese burger they charge me around $22 dollars I was why so much she say she put beacon I was surprised Only we ask one beacon cheese burger and chicken burger I laughed they also put beacon on my chicken burger with out ask .so I'm not coming here anymore here this managers lady is so rude we been lots of time in wendys on Wurzbach and medical manager over there is so kind and always smile big difference

  This is the second time I've come to this Wendy's since it's close to where I live, and both times I've had a very bad experience. The person I have the most trouble with is the manager, Ana, who has a terrible attitude and raises her voice if we complain that our order is wrong. The staff are friendly, but definitely That supervisor's attitude is awful. Never come back again
