They are missing spoons, are slow to take and deliver orders, we waiting for at least 20+ minutes. We ordered a 3 biggie bags and 10 count nuggets and received no sauces even though we asked for them. Manager wanted to charge me extra for anything more than the two sauce they gave when I asked. All food was cold, we are missing a chili and I asked the manager and she said "I know" then a couple minutes later provides the missing chili with full slices of onions u chopped, this location is super understaffed and not managed very well when it comes to customer service., I know they are doing their best but when you take away from service it shows in your food. I hope they get their act together, I have this a second try from the first time of not being being here in years and visiting 2 months ago to this second time, it actually was worse. Well skip this one and choose a better one next time. We're not giving up on you Wendy's just this location!
