    I ordered off of doordash they gave the completely wrong order the wrong sauces, sandwich and everything fries with no salt and undercooked nuggets and I couldn't get anyone on the phone

    My kids and a I love Wendy's, this location not so much. My advice is avoid it. They are missing spoons, are slow to take and deliver orders, we waiting for at least 20+ minutes. We ordered a 3 biggie bags and 10 count nuggets and received no sauces even though we asked for them. Manager wanted to charge me extra for anything more than the two sauce they gave when I asked. All food was cold, we are missing a chili and I asked the manager and she said "I know" then a couple minutes later provides the missing chili with full slices of onions u chopped, this location is super understaffed and not managed very well when it comes to customer service., I know they are doing their best but when you take away from service it shows in your food. I hope they get their act together, I have this a second try from the first time of not being being here in years and visiting 2 months ago to this second time, it actually was worse. Well skip this one and choose a better one next time. We're not giving up on you Wendy's just this location!

    Guy working here is very rude. just says I'll get it right now. He doesn't even ask what you are here for. He isn't wearing a name tag, he looks like a Edgar. Oct.42025 2:49p.m.

    Can't rate the food because I came in and they said they couldn't take my order inside I would have to go through the drive through with already had 6 cars. This was Tuesday at 3:30pm, September 30th 2025. They had the dining door open but couldn't take my order.
