  Their service sucks they barely have anything they let us order and last minute and told us they didn’t have those drinks

  Not 1 ketchup or napkin in our meal. At least 1 of each per meal should be standard. This has to be the owner or corporate. Broke/ dumb mentality. You look crazy not giving even one single napkin. We will not be returning. I can’t even wipe my fingers or mouth, I can’t return 🤷🏽‍♂️

  They refused to give me a receipt. The manager (Carol) then told me they don’t give receipts so I wanted my money back. They refused. She then told me if I don’t like it I can get out, take the food and go away, I wouldn’t get a receipt or my money back no matter what I said or did. There was a black lady, I think the assistant manager, she said I need to get away from her (I was in the drive through) or she was going to “crash out on me”. The manager then told me I need to leave and never come back. I was stern, but polite, I ended up giving up leaving without my food. Flat out thieves.

  Well we went there because I am a big fan of Wendy's but this one tries to call it's self Wendy's. It's not. The time it took to just get my order and then make it was almost 15 minutes an there was 1 other person. That bathroom was so bad like a bathroom is a bathroom but this one was bad.

  I went there for the first time today to have a to go order. The staff there were unwelcoming and rude. They look like they were angry that I was there to give them business. And the lady gave a very judgy look as soon as she heard my order. I don't think I would like to go back again.
