  Went to this location twice now after 12 am and each time we been told at the drive through conveniently there systems were down. Once I can understand twice now is bs. No wonder no one come Here yet they let the workers girl friend sit in the lobby with her food playing on her phone. Smdh

  Never but never taking my kids to crap some food from there.First of all the food was like for the dogs.We placed a big order cuz it was for my littles ones and myself,And we paid for fries bacon with cheese……they gave me the order we left and when handling the food on my kids I noticed I was missing order that I paid for and when we open the little box of fries,cheese and bacon its was dam cold the cheese was cold the bacon was like are yall serious everything was a mess on my bags of food and then missing hell naa….don’t recommend this crazy place and then the old white woman who supposedly was in charge she was so rude when I went bby and ask for the rest of my dam order and told the cashier that I don’t want this the fries cheese and bacon cuz it cold so she told me she can’t take it bbk so told me to keep it and that she was going to re-do it again cus she did admit that it’s supposed to be the bacon in little peace’s and cheese has to be melted.soo I was waiting there on drive thru long time and then the old white woman came told the other girl who took my order that she has to take the other bowl of fries the one that it was cold that I needed to return it bbk,ok I told that white woman that I gave the cashier the fries with all that and told me to keep it ….but I told them nooo ok here it is I was she was going to eat it.But never going bb again

  If I could give a zero star I would service is bad they forgot my order. People were arguing when I got in the establishment shut this place down already lol it's so bad

  I came to this Wendy's this afternoon September 4th, 2025. I ordered online and went through the drive-through to receive my order. Upon arriving, I received 2 small drinks, (I had ordered 1 biggie bag, and a MEDIUM combo). I also see that both of the drinks look like coke. (I had ordered Dave's orange cream soda for both) and upon making the woman at the window aware of her mistake, her only statement to me was "they just came out like that" (I've had Wendy's plenty of times in recent months. Never have I seen orange cream soda this color.) Spoiler: Neither of them were orange cream soda. At this point I just wanted to get my food and leave because the horrific customer service. After receiving my food and leaving, I come home to find that they didn't even give me my chicken nuggets. I've always had an issue with this Wendy's location not fulfilling orders properly, and I don't think im ever going to be coming back.
