I came to this Wendy's this afternoon September 4th, 2025. I ordered online and went through the drive-through to receive my order. Upon arriving, I received 2 small drinks, (I had ordered 1 biggie bag, and a MEDIUM combo). I also see that both of the drinks look like coke. (I had ordered Dave's orange cream soda for both) and upon making the woman at the window aware of her mistake, her only statement to me was "they just came out like that" (I've had Wendy's plenty of times in recent months. Never have I seen orange cream soda this color.) Spoiler: Neither of them were orange cream soda. At this point I just wanted to get my food and leave because the horrific customer service. After receiving my food and leaving, I come home to find that they didn't even give me my chicken nuggets. I've always had an issue with this Wendy's location not fulfilling orders properly, and I don't think im ever going to be coming back.

I placed a order online and I’ve sat here for over 20 minutes waiting on my food just for them to hand out my frostys and not my food with no drink carriers and make me wait so now they are melted

Order a cheeseburger and they gave me the wrong burger, due to me being on break i didn't have the time to return so I had to go back after i got out of work. When I got out I went back to the Wendy's to try to atleast get store credit and the old lady who was manager "quote on quote" said not only did I need a receipt, she said I also needed the same burger that she gave me. She then conplained that she definitely gave me the receipt because she never forgets but apparently this time she forgot because not only did they give me the wrong burger she didn't even give me a receipt and said that she couldn't do anything about it, even though I even had a picture of my food.
