    Guy in drive thru was fighting on the phone with someone rude as hell in drive thru didn’t have what we went for . That’s why a bunch of Wendy’s closing down . Yall hire anyone

    went in for some nuggets went in to get my order, the lady manager said they didnt have what I wanted so I asked if they could cancel it then since i NEVER got my order she said they couldn't do the cancel so I asked for cash instead she said they couldn't do that either. Its been days and no one has answered my calls, the app wont let me get my money back and nothing, i still have the receipt from that day. DO NOT come here if you expect to be given your money back, they will done everything in their power to not give it to you. To whatever manager is reading this im still waiting on my refund and hoping you do a better job with customer service.

    DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING HERE! I wish I could give 0 stars, my fault for giving this place so many chances but everytime I come to this specific location, my order is messed up or I get the most disrespectful service. My last straw was when my boyfriend ordered a $20 meal, we pulled up to the drive thru 20 minutes after it was placed and because they couldn’t find the order they couldn’t make the food. We offered to show them the receipt with proof of purchase and the accurate location and the manager said they can’t do anything with that so we’d just have to spend another $20 to get our food. At that point the employees were getting irritated and short with us so we just left, unfortunately robbed of $20. Of course this incident happened late at night so all forms of customer service are closed, hopefully we can resolve this in the morning.
