I love the Wendy's parmesian Caesar salad. My go to normally at home. But somehow this place just doesn't know how to make it. Went twice last week during a work trip. Both times it took between 10 and 20 minutes after the order. They gave ranch dressing. And they would not give me the little croutons bag and told me it was not included. Forgot the fries and gave me the wrong drink 1 of the 2 times time but that is minimal.

First of all. The lady in the drive through had an attitude for no reason. Second of all they got my order wrong and the sprite was clearly out of flavor but they gave it to me anyway. Last time I checked im a paying customer. You're not giving me the food for free so if you dont like your job I don't see why you're working there. Horrible service. And my wrong order was cold. So thanks for ruining mine and my kids day for no reason. And how convenient that the receipt they gave me was running out of ink so I can't even see what they charged me for or what I payed for. This was at around 3:45pm Friday February 6th.

Absolutely one of the worst locations I’ve ever been to. Food was the basic Wendy’s food that you’d regularly get. But that manager is basically having fun with all the girls working there. Very unprofessional. Absolutely will call corporate or any higher ups just to let them know the disgusting situation that’s happening there.
Wendy’s Island over here. (Ref. Epstein Island) Manager needs to chill or quit.
WORKERS need to CHILL and do their job and not flirt. Very immature and will never come back here again.

This can either be a great experience or the worst. It literally just depends on what crew you get the day you come in. I'm a regular, and I've even had conversations with the workers and owner, and they're all really nice EXCEPT for the new crew members. I don't know whats wrong, but every new person I've met seems genuinely upset with me despite me doing nothing but be polite and friendly. You can definitely tell apart the people who actually like their job and the people who are just here for the paycheck. Do better when hiring Wendys, please.

I came to get the 6 biggie bag apparently there the only location to discontinue the 6$ bag they have the 4 and the 8 but not the 6 and mind u I can order it online but they will cancel it had to drive to a different location just to get the 6$ bag
