I understand having a bad day, but to be so rude and aggressive to customers right from the start is unacceptable. I would not consider this location unless you are okay with very poor and slow service with someone speaking so condescending towards you. I left feeling like crap and if that's how they run things then their lack of customers throughout the day speaks for itself.

When I politely asked for an extra BBQ sauce, the employee looked at me and said, “We charge extra for the sauce,” in a dismissive tone. I told her that I was completely fine paying for it, but instead of helping me, she just walked away and ignored me for about 2 to 3 minutes. I stood there waiting, ready to pay, but after being completely disregarded, I decided to leave. The lack of basic customer care was unbelievable. I honestly don’t know if she thought I couldn’t afford the extra 25 cents for the sauce, but that’s exactly how she made it feel like. I’ve always liked Wendy’s food, but this experience really changed my view of this location. Don’t go here unless you want to have an unpleasant experience!

She clearly didn't want to be there. If you're having a bad day or the job isn't fit for you, the company should not have to suffer from poor service and productivity. You have a choice of not coming or not working there all together.. Staff don't realize the responsibility they have when a company hires them to represent them with products and services. Over time you make or break that company. We will not return. I do not recommend this location.
