They gave 2 strip of sliced turkey and 1 small scoop of chopped brisket because they were out of regular brisket. Very disappointed. I really want my money back. Gees. It was my first time at this HEB.

Seems like y’all need a mature manager and change to serving line style similar to other BBQ joints and you would have a great business. Your prices are too high. Hope this helps the management team. Your new so I know you have to fine tune the operation. We had to bring food how to warm it up.

It looked so disgusting. You eat with your eyes first so we straight up threw this gross garbage into the garbage where it belonged and walked out. I don’t send food back as I know what could happen with that. I have no idea why they thought this was edible.
