  This was an absolute catastrophe, We showed up on time and were told where our bay was. Greeted by a server who told us that there was no running water at the facility, no bathrooms, no dishwasher, etc. Yet the place was not shut down. I figured bottled beer was safe and the server brought me a draft beer in a dirty glass that had some type of fruit pulp in it and still charged me for it. If I wasn't there on a very important business meeting I would have called the health department immediately. This was the worst experience at a Top Golf that I have ever had.

  I made a reservation a few days before.got there a little early and was able to go play for my reserved time. Games were fun. Atmosphere was pleasant. Service was on point. But the absolute best part of the visit was the food. I ordered peach tea, my wife ordered sweet tea and a beer. We ordered the fiesta nachos, the American burger, and the chicken fried heatwhich. Absolutely delicious. Absolutely would recommend!

  This place is always fun to go hangout with friends but the service this time it took us 30+ minutes to get our food and drinks I don’t know who was serving us and I’m really sorry to say but she had a really ugly attitude I understand some people have bad days but the whole time we were there it was just a really ugly attitude. The food was okay it took a while the pizza was good unfortunately the pretzels were cold and hard and the fries had a hair in it but it was already late and we paid hopefully next time will be better.

  I’m conflicted about this place. My biggest issue: I don’t understand why they make locations with a floor level. We always have a terrible time - especially with beginners/kids - when stuck at floor level. The games aren’t designed to be played like this, it seems - especially if you are stuck on the sides of the floor level. Even if the location is not full, they won’t let you switch Bays… so customer experience is valued and patrons are left with no options. This was originally a 1 star review but our server (Terence), who said he was brand new, was actually the best server we’ve had at Top Golf. He was friendly and attentive - and everything was accurate and timely. The food was on point and the drinks were honestly pretty good despite being hit or miss in the past. This place has the potential to be great - especially with great service staff but it’s almost as if it’s being run by people who have never had to experience it from the client-side.

  Honestly service sucks now! They only care about parties and once your time is up, they will start to clear your table even you aren’t finished. DO NOT GO TO THE BAR! It’s absolutely pointless! We went to go meet some friends who had a bay (we were not golfing) and told my wife I will go get us drinks at the bar. Well I was told only one drink per person. Ok ordered hers, told the bartender I will be back for mine and to leave my tab open. I come back and now was told she needs to see two faces. NOPE! Close me out. Came back to the bay and the couple already closed out their table. Five minutes later their bay ran out of time and the waiter never came back and basically got kicked out since they just started to take plates of food away and dumping their drinks. I highly do not recommend waiting at the bar or going to bar at all. Two weeks prior, I tried to order a drink and there were three bartenders behind the bar, all of which made eye contact with me about seven different times out of waiting over 10mins to be helped. Not a single word from the bar staff. This place is not about customer service, just turn over the bays and get customers in and out. Very disappointing and don’t plan on being back anytime soon. Not sure why they changed but you definitely don’t feel welcomed anymore. I gave it two stars because they do have some servers that really care and take the time to make events like a birthday special.
