The atmosphere is always lively, the staff is consistently friendly, and the bays are well‑kept and comfortable. Whether we’re just practicing or having fun with friends and family, we always end up enjoying ourselves. It’s become one of our favorite spots to hang out, and we look forward to coming back again
- NWNia Walker4 days ago2.0I had to check if my bay was ready after 40 minutes of waiting. The counter employees didn’t acknowledge that the text wasn’t sent. Seemed like the bay was ready and they never sent the text. I have no way to prove it. When I asked to speak to a manager , she was kind and professional about it. I explained I never had this poor experience before and just wanted her to know the lack of service. Then multiple people in my party overheard a different manager and employee laughing and making fun of the people at the bay next to us which is unprofessional. Service tonight was poor. My server was nice and the manager that talked with me. But not an overall good experience. We had a gift card that we decided to use for a nice night out together. But even with the gift card, the money and time we spent was not worth the service we received.

There is also a stall in the women’s 3rd floor restroom that cannot be opened from the inside, so you get stuck inside and need to be pulled out. According to the employees, management has been informed of this liability but has decided it is not worth the money in their pockets to fix.
