The hard tacos are soggy like they have been sitting for hours and the nachos bell grande is supposed to be a layered topping over chips. You can see by the pictures, this is substandard. I realize it doesn't take a college degree to work here, but employees should take a little pride and effort in the job they're doing.

The food was all at the correct temperature (hot food hot and cold foods cold). It looked properly cooked and fresh. The staff was friendly and attentive. My last few experiences with other KFC locations have been disappointing with missing items, cold chicken that looked like it was sitting out under a heat lamp or oven for too long, warm coleslaw, subscriptions made that I didn't want and staff that only made situations worse in addition to wait times over 30 mins. This KFC was a reminder of the good things KFC can be. The order taker was a bit softspoken but I appreciate it not being screamed at through the ordering speaker. I was welcomed and then greeted again at the window , had my order repeated, and simply acknowledged. My order was made correctly. Nothing was missing and the food was delicious. I went through the drive-thru for takeout and the process was perfect and I was through the lines in regular time..Overall, a great experience that left a positive impression. Thank you.
