I needed an order remade and they didn't make me feel like a burden even tho I felt like a bother since I know they have so much on their plate. Witnessed employees arguing, using restroom without properly washing hands (no soap) in dispensers... asked for the Manager and employee said that they were probably outside smoking. Last but not least, I have frequented this location before with no issues what so ever... this visit was on Sat. night. When I ordered tacos to go... we waited 10min. When we got our tacos... they were all cracked. Maybe asking for a manager, should have waited until after we got our food. I am refusing to ever eat at this establishment again. *when I tried calling to report my taco issue... it repeatedly said that the mailbox "has not been setup". So Management still has no idea of these issues.... I will most certainly report these disrespectful individuals that worked night shift on that night. Maybe Corporate will answer their phone.

So I went back want soft tacos like I originally ordered. I got them. They’re all soft BUT they used frozen tortillas. Now, it’s just a cold wet mess with soggy tortillas. 12 dollars down the drain.
