  Drive thru headache I get it’s busy sometimes and I pulled up with my code got told to park and we will bring it out to you. After 15 minutes I thought something was up looked inside seemed calm and kept waiting after another 15 I walked in and low and behold my food was just sitting there like it was a food pick up now my food is sad and cold and I’m frustrated so fantastic experience 👌

  My girlfriend and I decided to order food to keep the night's dinner simple, unfortunately for my VEGETARIAN girlfriend she bit into her burrito and was met with ground beef. She did not realize this as you cannot see into a burrito before biting it, and she is not in the practice of disecting her food before eating it (although this experience may change that). She only realized there was meat after having chewed her food and tasting the unfamiliar flavor at which point she had to spit it out as a vegetarian of 10 years. Because we ordered through the app for convenience and simplicity the staff claimed an inability to help us while also displaying no concern or remorse over feeding meat to a vegetarian. We won't be returning, and after a sliue of negative experiences at other locations we will be avoiding the chain altogether.

  I do not understand the lack of communication skills this location has! Picked up 2 orders tonight, my son and husband order separately. My son's was delayed and then they were out of the original drink he chose and when ask what replacement he wanted the attitude that came from this lady was ridiculous like it was my son's problem they were out. Then my husband order beefy nachos and asked that the chips be placed on the side. Not a big deal just avoids them being soggy. We'll lord jesse someone call the deliv because this lady was on fire. She ended saying okay but it was served with everything separately then missing the meat and beans. Like put everything in the box then the chips in a bag. Never again!
