I called out several times to no answer. I pulled up to the window and saw staff laugh and playing around. Seriously... the worst was the guy asked me to pull back into drive-trough through the line or come inside because they wont take my order at the window. Just aweful staff and service. Stay away

They push door dash orders behind everything else instead of prioritizing tickets as they come in. Your drive thru line time isn't more important than those that placed orders online. You are supposed to treat every ones orders as equal. Sacrificing one for the other is poor business. Do better
- KKKCJNov 10, 20251.0I pulled through Sunday Nov 9 @ about 8:45 pm. I asked for 10 soft tacos and 10 waters and i heard a lady in the back yell “we can’t do that” so then another lady said “we can’t do that” very rude tone so I said ok just give me the tacos. I pull up to the window and ask why I can’t order 10 drinks and she said “because after 4 we have to charge you” so I told her she SHOULD of told me the cost I would have paid for it but instead they were lazy and just said NO so they denied 10 homeless people water. We were out handing out blankets food and water. Next time I won’t stop at Taco Bell I didn’t need the lazy attitude from any of these woman working.
