I wouldn’t be so picky however it is for my 8 year old who does not like anything spicy. I called the store 7times and let it ring for minutes only for it to be picked up and hung up on me. I went back to the store to get it replaced, a manager didn’t talk to me and when I asked if the phones worked he said yes they do. What a disgrace!!
