I placed my order expecting it to be ready at the time stated in the confirmation email. Instead, I ended up waiting an extra 25 minutes at the store — on top of the 20 minutes that had pass from when I first ordered online and travel time. That’s a total of 45 minutes just to get my food. If I still have to wait that long, what’s the benefit of ordering ahead? Honestly, it seems like they don’t even start preparing the order until you show up. At that point, I might as well have just walked in and ordered on the spot. On top of that I order a family meal of tacos and on my order I asked for sauces! How you going to give me over 12 tacos and noooooo sauces!
