This older couple walks in and they are talking amongst themselves and just about to order when the employee comes around to the front counter and tells them; "Our dining room closes in 5 minutes, you can ONLY take your food to go" Huh? I work in the industry, and I am certain that if a customer comes in before those doors are locked you must take care of them as if they had come at 7pm. The man said he was from out of town Staying at a hotel, and they did not want to eat in the room.... That explains why this place is always empty. If I was a mystery shopper you would have failed miserably Why get a job in food if you ate going to be rude? I just don't understand how places like this still exist, horrible customer service, edible food so so enjoyable. Do better

But got home to find missing food, the chips dumped and scattered at the bottom of the bag and everything was ice cold, I went immediately home from pick up which is just a mile up the road, the food shouldn’t have been this cold. I rarely go to Taco Bell just when I feel like it. My husband got to eat his but I only got one edible thing from my meal since part of my meal was also missing. Never again for this location ugh
