When I called the restaurant and told them I was going to go pick it up, the woman on the phone refused to remake it. she told me repeatedly that I had to contact Uber Eats. I understand that it's simply fast food but the level of incompetence from the management there is beyond pathetic. The absolute refusal to make it right says everything you need to know about the restaurants leadership and owners.
