After the 4th time I’ve decided to leave a review so maybe the owner or “manager” can see this. My last order, literally half of it was missing. A month ago I was in there waiting for over an hour for my mobile order while the manager hid in the back. I was asking to speak to them and they refused to come out as if they were afraid. I guess they were since it wasn’t just me who was waiting a ridiculous amount of time for their order. Anyways. If you’re thinking of ordering from this location, think twice about it. There’s another location on Valley Hi and it’s only about a 5+ minute drive. Trust me it’s worth it because at least they get their orders right most of the time. I will not be coming back to this trash location where employees can’t follow simple orders.

He was extremely GREAT in assuring that it was made right eventually because I was unable to return to the restaurant the same evening as he first suggested when first attempting to resolve my issue, which I called about. I greatly appreciate how accommodating the restaurant and the manager were in this matter. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and I definitely will keep dining at the location for take out more than I have bc of HIS PERSONAL customer service skills that I experienced first hand. He needed to be given recognition for the small bump on his shift, if not mentioned.
