From the moment I placed my order, I was met with an extremely rude attitude from a female customer service representative. Her tone over the speaker already felt dismissive and unprofessional, which is especially frustrating since I work in an industry where customer service, integrity, and basic respect are non-negotiable. When I arrived at the window, I asked what ingredients came on the Beefy Nachos. She sighed loudly and listed them, so I politely asked for no red sauce. Once at the window, she responded, “Uh, too late—we already made it,” and refused to correct the order. When I explained that I had just requested no red sauce and was paying for the item, she became sarcastic and repeated that it couldn’t be changed. She then slammed the window shut, made me wait, and eventually returned only to toss the bag into my car. This behavior was completely unacceptable. On top of the attitude, her appearance was also unprofessional—her hair was not properly secured, and her uniform appeared unclean. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this Taco Bell location. I have already reported the incident to corporate. Customer service matters. You never know who you’re serving, and the way customers are treated reflects directly on the business. Unfortunately, this interaction demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism and courtesy.
