And yes franchise owners absolutely have a say in how they price their menu. Taco Bell cannot make them raise or lower prices. Franchise owners just choose to be as greedy as Taco Bell corporation. It's insane. Less food but more money.

She had really bad customer service. She said she would replace only the drinks. By the time I would go back the food would already be cold. They didn’t even put sauces. She didn’t care if I wrote a bad review.
