I called right after to see if you can keep an eye on it. Later around 5:30 I called and got referred to manager to see what can be done for my order so it can be hot and not cold so they offered to remake it and it was perfect. What great costumer service. And meat was good!

The only good thing that may become of this is that I will try mailing in these packets once empty in hopes they are recycled. I am through with ordering sauce packets, this excessiveness has repercussions for the environment, and though I order vegan food and skip the drink and straw, I must seriously advise against ordering sauce packets. Buy a bottle of hot sauce! Ditch the single use garbage!
