  Closed before buisnesses hours ended. Would not take order till after I asked if their GM or Area Coach knew they were closed early. Negative attitude. Tried charging me for food I did not order. After payment and window shut. The shift lead began yelling for about 2-2 mins about having to serve us. I asked when the GM would be in next and took down their names (Stephanie R). Ill be stopping in next week to speak with the GM about giving feed back. Excellent training opportunity for there shift leads and team members.

  "Isabel" claimed she was the manager, but yet very unprofessional and rude. Asked for the General Managers name she said she didn't know it lol, but how if you're apart of management? My dasher was trying to get the order at the speaker, but no one answered so she drove up to the window. The employees along with "Isabel" were rude to her and denied the order to be given out. "Isabel stated that I go in and pick up the order, but obviously there's a reason I ordered for delivery. All she could say was "I don't have to put up with this" seems very unmanager like behavior to me.

  Used the mobile app to place our order and got there and the girl at the window rudely told us that she didnt have our order and we were probably at the wrong location. After confirming the location she then proceeds to say well we dont have have it give it 5-10 min. We say we will pull around and she says you can pull around in 10min. We waited 5 -7min and pull up and the same girl asks with lots of attitude if we are using the mobile app or ordering. We tell her we are back and she annoyed and rudely says we'll sir what's your name. We tell her she sighs loudly and says pull up with soo much attitude. When she gives us our order I tell her I really hope your night gets better and she proceeds to tell me ooo im having a great night thank you (while being super animated and rude) my husband says ok well that's good. And she tells us have a good night and yells DONT COME BACK. We get home and we are missing stuff from our order and we call and no answer. Horrible Horrible Horrible costumer service.
