We were greeted with a smile at the window and pulled around to the side as they prepared the orders. Our drinks were brought out as soon as they were ready. Delicious! We tried two new drinks available on the menu and were not disappointed at all! When our food orders were ready, they packaged them beautifully and brought them right out quickly! Our food was still hot when we made it home to eat! The employees and manager working today really rocked it! Especially the day before Thanksgiving! We will definitely be ordering again from our favorite Taco Bell in San Antonio! Thank you! You definitely made our day today!

Tried charging me for food I did not order. After payment and window shut. The shift lead began yelling for about 2-2 mins about having to serve us. I asked when the GM would be in next and took down their names (Stephanie R). Ill be stopping in next week to speak with the GM about giving feed back. Excellent training opportunity for there shift leads and team members.

Asked for the General Managers name she said she didn't know it lol, but how if you're apart of management? My dasher was trying to get the order at the speaker, but no one answered so she drove up to the window. The employees along with "Isabel" were rude to her and denied the order to be given out. "Isabel stated that I go in and pick up the order, but obviously there's a reason I ordered for delivery. All she could say was "I don't have to put up with this" seems very unmanager like behavior to me.
