- LSLeah SteidelOct 13, 20251.0Denied a cup for water by a very rude employee. Employee said, "Either buy a drink or a bottled beverage." Employee said that policy had been in place for a long time. 🤔🤔 Strange, since I've gotten one every single visit, at every location I've been to, including this one. Employee didn't attempt to help when I was having difficulty scanning my app for rewards. Footlong veggie sub at this location is $1.00 - $1.50 HIGHER than any other location I visit. Like, you're already overcharging; I think you can afford to provide a tiny cup of water. I'm always nice and always tip 25%, so the employee's demeanor and attitude were very offputting. Contacted Subway Corporate as well.
