- GSGreg StephensDec 17, 20251.0I arrived at this Subway on 12/17/2025. The sign said fountain drink dispenser is down. The lady there said I could get a bottled soda instead. So I ordered the deal of the day combo, with the bottled soda. I was billed for the extra cost of the bottled soda. So I returned the soda and was willing to get the combo and forgo the soda altogether. To my surprise, I was billed for the sandwich and chips as stand alones, which totaled more than the combo! So I put the chips back and paid for the sandwich at full price. I am not sure whether the sandwich maker just didn't understand the situation or if the store simply had no contingency for the soda machine going down. I have been a loyal Subway fan for years, but I don't feel like I can trust this location going forward.

No issue with workers, just the lack of ingredients this early in the day only makes me want to visit a different location in the future.

- CGCatherine GuzmanJul 27, 20251.0Walked in at 8:45pm and were the only customers. I wanted my bread toasted, but was told that the tuna was already on it. Filled our drinks at the fountain and as we walked over to the 1 open dirty table, Fabian told us the shop was closing. It was 8:55pm and the posted shop times said closing was at 9:30pm. Not the first time Fabian has been rude to customers, but definitely the last time I will spend money at that location.
