I ordered online and drove to pick up, just to find out that the guy at the counter said, "Hey, I haven't made yours; you have to wait." I know it can be busy sometimes, but he was just rude and slow. I requested a refund, and he denied it, saying that I had to wait or leave. I checked the app, and store staff are the only ones who can issue a refund, but he refused to do so. The vegetables were rotten, and the place was trash. Please avoid this place.
