My husband sandwich was cold but that's not the worst am all enjoying my sandwich that I heated up myself in the oven and half way I find a Beard hair in it that's disgusting they should be wearing hairnets even on their beard... Now the soda machine they were all flat and they don't tell you anything and they just expect you to get a flat soda like that's crazy.

The other young lady was already assisting a customer, with their sandwich fixings, but the second young lady looked at us and then looked away without greeting us. We IMMEDIATELY decided to go to Whataburger next door, due to the rudeness of the Subway employee on shift at 130pm, Saturday, Jan 10, 2026.
