- MMMr Me2 days ago1.0Walked into this location at about 1:30 PM and one of the two young ladies looked up when we entered and gave no greeting, welcome or hello. The other young lady was already assisting a customer, with their sandwich fixings, but the second young lady looked at us and then looked away without greeting us. We IMMEDIATELY decided to go to Whataburger next door, due to the rudeness of the Subway employee on shift at 130pm, Saturday, Jan 10, 2026.

She prepared my sandwich in a careless and discourteous manner and added more sauce than I requested. Throughout the interaction, she displayed a negative attitude. I believe the staff should receive further training on proper customer service. At no point was I disrespectful.

I don't know who's working right now but they cancelled my order and I don't understand why, if y'all aren't open 24/7 change your advertisement.
