Also, why have a "Special Instructions" box when they don't even care to pay any attention?? Been to this location for the 2nd and last time tonight. Both times were made poorly by employees who seemed to be more worried about each other and the videos on their phones than doing their job. Last time here. Additionally she took of her glove to hold her shirt to cough into it , then put the glove right back on without washing her hands and went straight back to working on my sandwich… gross.
