I’ve given it multiple chances, hoping things would improve, but every visit has been disappointing. First, the customer service is terrible—there’s no greeting, and the staff always seem upset or bothered while taking orders. Second, they often get the orders wrong and refuse to fix them. Most recently, my sister was craving Subway, and although we didn’t want to drive far, we decided to give this location one more try. Unfortunately, we found a fly in the sandwich. I did receive a refund, but a simple apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience would have gone a long way. I understand that mistakes happen—we’re all human—but when it happens this often, something needs to change.
