This is the second time I've come to this location and was disrespected while placing an order in store. I was given attitude after asking for my sandwich a certain way. I ask if this lady can be either terminated or taken off her management position because she is not professional what so ever. The first time I gave her the benefit of the doubt because not everyone has a good day. However this is the second time I've gone and she was rude yet again and I've had it with her attitude. This is the only subway close to me and other locations are an inconvenience, so if she is still going to be employed here I need something done with her professionalism. Her name is Jen location is at 5429 US-87, San Antonio, TX 78222. I ask if please take my review seriously because if she acts this way with me I'm sure she is this way with others that visit this location. Please and thank you I will be waiting for a response and if I don't receive one I will call corporate to get this situation handled.
