Service needs improvement and not the people but the policy. When you have one person running the store and line of customers, people asking for a bunch of lottery tickets and cigarettes of all different types should be asked to wait till the quick customers get through. Can't even count how many times I have gone in for a drink and walked out because of some person getting lottery tickets and taking their sweet time wanting all sorts of different scratch off and quick pics. Maybe have two people and have one line for 5 items or less or something. I have seen and also done so myself where I have waited several minutes and then just sit he's my stuff on shelf and walked out. Please work on this somehow.
