- DRdrew RamirezNov 16, 20251.0Bottom line the employee Kevin… and yes I’m calling him an employee cause he definitely does not deserve the “manager” title is extremely rude and lacking in customer service. I walked in and ordered my bread type. He asked what type of sandwich in which I replied “can I have a minute to look at the menu please” he didn’t hear me which had me repeat the exact same wording to him with a “please” at the end. He preceded to have a smug look on his face and then shook his head in frustration in a very arrogant way. I called him out on it and asked if that’s any way to respond to a customer (coming from hotel/restaurant service my self) I been going here three years and have seen different managers over the years and never have they been rude like Kevin has since he’s started he always looks frustrated when I walk in and is very unwelcoming, so much so that I had to referee to him by the slang term for a “female hygienic product”….. I think we can conquer which product I’m referencing but that’s how arranging this “employee” is

I am glad I did not place an online order as I would've lost out. These young kids need to not be left alone to work because they close before the actually closing time. It looks like this location is known for this. This is a loss for this location because it was myself and two other customers waiting for the girl to let us in. Young girl, slight reddish hair and glasses.
