  I came here at 8:45 am, but the doors were locked. Then I decided to wait until 9:00 am for the doors to open, but they were still locked! What is the point of having your business hours open at 8:30 am if THE DOORS ARE STILL LOCKED?!? I hate these people!

  I love pets but there's a place for pets, I understand if the pet is a service dog, I can tell you this isn't a service dog. ..I come here alot to eat , last thing I wanna smell is a pet while im eating, yes I could of left, but I walk from my job to here.

  I did a mobile order. I usually order from a different location but this one was closer at the time. The app took my payment or order and when we pulled up to get the order at 8:30 the lights were off and two people inside we “closing” the store the sign on the door says 9:30 so they were closing an hour early. But really made me mad was the two people inside looked at me after I knocked and made a face like I was a problem. And no one came to the door to say why they were closed an hour early and I can’t cancel the order on my end they have to on theirs so now I have to go up there in the morning to get my money back. This was the worse, absolutely the WORST experience I’ve had at a subway.

  Was told the subway coupons are not accepted, at subway. It seems bonkers to me, but I’m clearly missing something. Overpriced and disappointing.

  Looked like the franchise owners were visiting today. It was a model of inefficiency, poor service, and disorganization. I've had better service and finished product on a day where there was only one person on duty (which is most of the time). Definitely a bad day there!
