  I came here at 8:45 am, but the doors were locked. Then I decided to wait until 9:00 am for the doors to open, but they were still locked! What is the point of having your business hours open at 8:30 am if THE DOORS ARE STILL LOCKED?!? I hate these people!

  I love pets but there's a place for pets, I understand if the pet is a service dog, I can tell you this isn't a service dog. ..I come here alot to eat , last thing I wanna smell is a pet while im eating, yes I could of left, but I walk from my job to here.

  I did a mobile order. I usually order from a different location but this one was closer at the time. The app took my payment or order and when we pulled up to get the order at 8:30 the lights were off and two people inside we “closing” the store the sign on the door says 9:30 so they were closing an hour early. But really made me mad was the two people inside looked at me after I knocked and made a face like I was a problem. And no one came to the door to say why they were closed an hour early and I can’t cancel the order on my end they have to on theirs so now I have to go up there in the morning to get my money back. This was the worse, absolutely the WORST experience I’ve had at a subway.

  Just putting an honest review, have already started to get in contact with certain people. Rueben, "thank" you for the terrible service youve given me, i am sorry that you thought that it was okay to treat anyone the way you treated me, i felt the second hand embarrassment when i looked around. All of what you did, was it all really worth it over a sub? Sad. To Maryann i believe you said your name was, i really appreciate you coming out to retake my order, i hope that the rest of your night goes/went well after that encounter, but what took place cannot happen again. I hope the owner of the suite/space sees what i sent up and also does something to prevent this. If anyone is wanting more details of what happened, refer to the previous post.

  Absolutely WORST experience i have ever had at this location. Rueben made our food. We were about to sit and eat really quick before they closed as it says on here that it closes at 930pm. It was 9pm and he told us "we're closed" so we left to go home and eat to open our sandwiches and he had given us what I learned was to be his girlfriends sandwich upon closing. We called, he answered and he said we're closed and hung up before my husband gets a chance to say anything. My husband calls back and tells Rueben that he gave him the wrong sandwich to which Rueben gives my husband an attitude. We come back to get the sandwich. Rueben comes to the door and im not sure was was said because i was in the car with the window closed. Rueben slammed the door, locked it, threw his sandwich into the trashcan and flipped my husband off through the window. The nice lady, i believe her name was Maryann? came out and took my husband's reorder for his sandwich and i rolled my window down while he was waiting. Meanwhile, Rueben is at the door again, but this time looking at me, pointing to my husband and then flipping me off as well.... then walks away when I pointed it out... absolute poor service. I hope you learn how to own up to your mistakes without the vulgar gestures, Mr. Rueben. Having worked in food service myself for years. I get its close to closing but there's no need to be rude about the situation. We will both be calling corporate in the morning.
