I went in to order a pizza, and the customer service was honestly terrible. From the moment I asked for a pizza, the employee’s first comment was, “They should discontinue this.” Not a great start.
When I asked for veggies on my pizza, he put the pizza straight into the oven. I asked, “Aren’t you going to put the veggies on first?” and he responded, “Oh, yeah,” then pulled it out while the oven kept loudly beeping. He seemed confused and didn’t appear to know what he was doing.
Throughout the whole process, every topping I asked for had him quietly muttering things like, “Who puts this…” under his breath. When I asked for extra of one item, which was something I’m paying for, he snapped, “I’m not done,” in a tone that made it clear he was irritated just because I requested extra toppings.
The entire interaction felt off. The guy acted like he couldn’t stand being there, and honestly, he seemed so out of it that it raised concerns about whether he was even in the right state of mind to be working.
Whoever manages this location seriously needs to improve employee training, because I’ve been here many times and never dealt with someone like this. And honestly, some form of employee screening or drug testing might be necessary. This experience was unacceptable.

Got a chicken sandwich and it was the worst sandwich I ever had for sure they shredded it and it’s definitely mixed with tuna, whoever works here does not know how to do their job. Avoid this Subway.
