  So this review has several parts one. I accept that the store isn't perfect. And that they're usually short-staffed, but I go there twice a week cause it's right by my house. And it's super convenient. I go in today and I'm dealing with a gentleman named Jose. Now, kerp in mind, I come in twice a week order the exact same sandwich, and I've never once had a problem. I deal with Jose today and he's building my sandwich, and as he's building it, he puts on like 4 olives and I was like, can you add some extra olives to it? And he then tells me that extra olives means 3 olives, and he literally counted out 3, and then told me it was the managers that told him He can't put more than 6 on a sandwich now. If this is true management, you need to rethink that I've been to thousands of subways and I've never been told I can't have extra veggies that is insane. Then, I asked him to put the ranch on after he puts the the vegetables and then he explains to me.He has to follow the receipt and the way it's printed.Which ranches last when selecting so why would it print it first.I have no idea, but if i'm the guest and i'm who's ordering it?And he's building it right in front of me.How hard is it just to say?Yes, ma'am, not a problem instead.Throw a fit and be like, i'm sorry, ma'am.The manager says I have to follow the receipt.This has been the worst customer service.I have ever received there and the younger high school kids actually give better service than this guy.I truly hope that y'all can find somebody who will take customer service a little bit better.I mean, even mediocre customer service I'd be okay with but this was absolutely horrible and unacceptable. And yes, I want to call back from a manager.

  This store doesn’t do refunds, I didnt even receive my sandwich. Yet they can’t give a refund? Yet every other subway I’ve been to can without an issue. Make that make sense. I refuse to eat at this location because staff is rude and the quality is bad.

  For some reason this Subway has THE BEST SANDWICHES. Really fresh, generous fillings, and fresh bread .I have a Subway closer but won't be going there anymore. Thanks for making my lunch so delicious. Great service had my delivered.

  The man in the front was not near friendly I get it ots almsot closing time ,but be a little nicer and they charged me extrae for the 6.99 meal and for an extra drink when it came with the meal n I did call him out on that and he refused to fix it .
