You could tell the employees were overwhelmed and unsure how to keep things moving, which honestly made me feel bad for them. I ordered online thinking it would save time, but I ended up waiting longer than the people who ordered in the sandwich line. That kind of defeats the purpose of mobile ordering. I understand lunch rush gets busy, especially near a campus, but better staffing or organization would make a huge difference — for both customers and the employees trying their best.

- RMRonnie MontesFeb 17, 20261.0I kindly asked for a cup while I was next to order my sandwich so I can get something to drink cuz I walked over there and they did not have the fountain drink that I drink which was raspberry tea she got upset because I wouldn't pay for the cup but I tossed it in the trash cuz they were unable to fulfill my requirement she said it was mandatory that she had to charge me for a cup which they did not provide me for what I wanted and then gave the young lady attitude that was at the register and rolled her eyes very poor customer service we wouldn't have had this problem if they would have provided the services that I wanted would have been nice if there was an out-of-order sign on the fountain drink I live in the neighborhood I will not come back.
