The service I received was not up to the standards I've experienced in the past, and I feel there is a significant difference in service compared to a decade ago. The worker who assisted me seemed to lack sufficient knowledge on how to properly prepare the food. Additionally, the customer service was an issue; the treatment was not respectful, and also there was an issue with what I received versus what I was charged. I don't want to judge the entire brand, but I hope this feedback helps the owner or corporation address the service and training issues at this specific store. Providing proper training on both food preparation and customer interaction is crucial for business success.
