However, I continue to frequent this location due to the fact that the service and quality is better than the Tezel location with 2-3 employees. Last night I had to wait about 20min before my order was taken. The employee let me know right away that there would be a wait. My options are to stay here where I know I’ll get a good sandwich or take another chance at Tezel. I waited. The employee stayed calm and prepared everyone’s orders. Once again 4 good sized sandwiches without any complaints from my people. I appreciate your employees commitment to you as a business because even though they are always short staffed and have a line of people, they are always kind and never rude.
