  If I could give a 0/5 stars I would. I work at Jersey Mike’s and just decided to try something different for the day, went in not knowing what to get or the different breads they had. And asked the young man, and he replied okay. Than I was just looking at the menu than about 20 seconds later told him I started telling him what I wanted, than he just replied ugly telling me he was doing a online order and told me to wait my turn even when there was no one in the store. Then I immediately walked out. Terrible service, never seen anything like it. Don’t waste your time at this subway location.

  Wow the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Whoever was working there at 5pm on 2/17/26 was extremely rude and just stared at me until i ordered?? He was condescending to my friend and at that point we walked out without finishing our order. I would leave zero stars if i could after that experience.

  I would leave 0 stars if I could. Just walked out without my order due to such horrible service! Kid at the sandwich counter was rude and condescending. He didn’t greet us or ask us for our order, just stared and mumbled condescending comments when I had questions about the menu! It wasn’t even a busy time of day, there was one other table of customers in there who appeared to be his friends. Do not go to this subway! Go to the Jersey mikes down the street instead, they are much kinder there!!

  I ordered online for speed. I got there and the worker helped every other person in the restaurant. I was the only one left and he still wouldn’t start my sandwich. Then new people walked in and he helped them while I sat in the restaurant for over 30 minutes while waiting for one sandwich. Terrible customer service!

  They had who assumed is a teenager with a tiny mustache working tonight when I went in. He was super rude for no reason and let out an annoyed, audible “ugh” sound while rolling his eyes anytime someone walked in. When I told what to put on my sandwich (just basic things like spinach and Jalapeños) he acted like it was just the horrible inconvenience for him. I’ve worked in the service industry my whole life, I’ve never seen anyone make it so physically obvious he didn’t like his job. Like sorry!? I’ll go to different Subway next time. Geez…
