First, the server was nice & had good customer service. I got a 6 inch veggie sub, not toasted, white bread. The veggies were fresh. What made the sandwich nearly inedible was the bread. I don’t know if that bread has been sitting out for days, or if it was over baked, but it was so hard and crunchy that when you bit into it flaked into dry stale mess. I don’t know if they think everyone gets their bread toasted, so they think they can hide stale bread by toasting, but gosh I just wanted a softish/chewy sandwich. Please owners taste your bread when it’s not toasted, it’s awful, I know you wouldn’t eat it! I didn’t go back in, but I was too shy and didn’t want burden the nice server. Come on owner fix it please!

I ordered a tuna sub on wheat. The bread was very dry and hard. The bread was not fresh and very flaky. I didn't get it toasted so there was no reason for it to be flaky.

Today was my second bad experience here. I will not be back. Customer service is horrible. I’m posting to Google as a last resort since my Subway app and the Subway website don’t provide an option to leave feedback on your visit. The AI chatbot took all my information and then said I wrote too many characters for the complaint. (Do better, Subway!) I placed a mobile order today and went inside to pick it up. Even though there were no other customers inside, neither of the employees behind the counter looked up to acknowledge me or say hello. I stood waiting for a few minutes in silence. The older woman who finally gave me my order was cold and unhelpful. She refused to hand it over until I told her both my first and last name, even though the receipt doesn’t have my last name on it. I got two meatball subs, and the bread was a little stale and chewy. It seems there is no management oversight at this location and/or the employees are not given customer service training. I don’t advise anyone give them your hard earned money. Find another location where the employees take pride in what they do and you receive a quality product.

Air pods are the absolute worst. The individual making my my subs couldn't be bothered to get off a phone call to make my subs correct and had to repeat my veggie and they would just point at things
