  IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. I should have read the reviews for this location before hand…. The staff was incredibly rude & acted as if it was an inconvenience for them to do their job. When I walked in the two employees were both in the back no greeting, for they were chatting away. Fine, no big deal…Finally the blonde lady took my order. She seemed bothered by me even asking her to customize my sandwich. I asked for extra olives which I did not know was going to cause an argument with the African American worker who wasn’t even making my sandwich. I asked the blonde woman three times to put more olives until the coworker yelled at me for asking for extra. I told him to charge me extra for it which I would have had no problem with and he yelled back saying “THERES NO WAY TO CHARGE EXTRA”, which is not the customer’s fault. At that point him arguing with me over olives was just pathetic. As the CUSTOMER I made it right and just said, “I’m not arguing with you over a sandwich.” I didn’t even finish my order for I just wanted to get out of there. I always tip at every subway I have ever been, but the lack of customer service really showed and I did not. In the same setting that man was being rude to the lady behind me in line because of her accent. I mean if you hate your job man just go home? I’ll be taking my business to the 6422 Babcock Road location. I’d rather go a bit out of my way but get treated well!
