I ordered a footlong chik and bacon and the guy grabs the bread and splits it and a piece near the center of the top of the bread almost tore off completely, so I asked him to change the bread since i don't want my sandwich falling apart when they add the veggies and sauce, and the guy responded, " that is ok, I can use it." Maybe for him it was ok since it's not his sandwich and not paying for it. Then he just sprinkles a bit of cheese on it leaving a lot of the meat uncovered and when I asked him to put a bit more, he answers, it will be extra cost. I asked him if he was just being difficult and tells me that if I didn't like the service, I could leave the store. I decided to buy the sandwich, which he did change the bread with attitude, since i had to run some errands but will never buy again if he's around. Very unsat service from this person

I normally place my order via the app and go in immediately to ensure my meal is made right. Normally I tell them how I would like it made and they make it with no issues. This time they forgot to toast the bacon so my wife took the sandwich back (un eaten btw not even a single bite) and some guy named Ismael who claimed to be the store manager made her cry. He denied to remake the sandwich and then crumbled her receipt and tossed it behind him denying our refund. And she left the store empty handed. Very disappointing. My loss your gain on the $10 & whoever the store owner is should consider giving Ismael some customer service training because he came off extremely passive aggressive and as if he didn’t want to be there. If anyone would like to reach out to my directly please do!
