Wish I could give this place 5 Stars :(( I Drove 20 minutes to this location because it was the only open Subway closest to me. Once I arrived Louis, the ONLY person to be working at the time kindly explained to me that it was going to be a 15-20 min wait. Understandable. However once the time of patiently waiting was over I was met with more disappointment! No Italian herb and cheese bread! Nothing was prepared for my guy Louis but he kept pushing through with what he had. From what I understand he was left hanging by one of his coworkers nothing was prepared or stocked. And he wasn’t able to get ahold of managers. Which for a 24/7 restaurant is absurd! But Thanks to Louis still made my overall experience great ! Thanks again !

My brother and I came at midnight and Louis was the overnight shift employee, the evening shift didn’t leave anything prepared for overnight, if i understood right, evening shift just left him hanging, we’ve worked 24/7 restaurants and it’s common practice for the employee on the shift before to have next shifts stuff prepared, he couldn’t even call upper management for help because both store phones were dead, he’s making due with what he has but it’s not fair especially for someone who is working overnight alone, if he had an emergency he wouldn’t be able to call because not just one but both store phones aren’t charged. Louis you did and are doing amazing! Thank you for making us great sandwiches with the little you had in hand!

I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had at your Subway location.
I ordered a chicken wrap and politely asked the employee if the wrap itself could be lightly warmed. The employee told me they don’t warm the wraps because they burn. I explained that another Subway location had warmed it for me before without issue. He responded by saying, “If the customer is adamant, we say whatever.”
When I asked if he could do that for me, he said “okay, whatever,” and then left the wrap in the heater long enough for it to burn. I didn’t make a big deal out of it, but I did ask for a replacement wrap. It was clear the wrap could have been removed sooner, but it seemed to be done intentionally to make a point. I thought it was hilarious lol. I laughed silently.
When I requested a new wrap, the employee mumbled under his breath. While I wasn’t personally offended, his negative attitude carried over to the rest of the staff, who also became noticeably cold and unwelcoming afterward.I see this in business a lot that have employees like this.
Despite all of this, I still left a 20% tip. However, the overall experience was unpleasant enough that I will not be returning to this location. I’ll gladly drive a few extra minutes to Jimmy John’s where customer service is more respectful.
I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that it can be addressed, as no customer should feel uncomfortable or unwelcome for making a simple request.
