Apparently only managers in this location can cancel orders and one wasn't in. Awful design because I know for a fact other locations let employees cancel orders. The cherry on top is calling back and being relayed lies from the manager. They claimed you can cancel orders on the app. You cannot. My fault for placing an order with a wrong location and double my fault for thinking a subway manager will do their job lol
