  rude , no greetings whatsoever, not acknowledging anyone as they were doing orders and when they did look up they looked outside, as customers were waiting and leaving still no response, which i walked out and went elsewhere because I wasn't asked for my order. 02/28/26....

  So, as of 02/26/2026 at 2:32AM….im not very impressed on how shitty my salad came out (ordered from Uber Eats) first I didn’t get the drink I paid for the employee couldn’t been at least smart enough to tell the uber driver about my drink AAAAANNNNNDDDD when I opened the package , my salad was not to my expectations, this salad looked like it didn’t have any oil or red wine vinegar, and plus this salad BARELY had chicken nor beacon….well damn subway lmaooo

  I had an online order and it wasn’t ready. I Had to wait behind four in-store customers. Very little customer service, and felt like I was an inconvenience to them by a young female and male working the Friday evening shift @ 7p.

  Tonight at around 230 my wife and I walked in for a to go order. Instantly the staff behind the counter ignored us. We waited 20 minutes before we got service.he was busy with online orders but still at least a hey hello give me a second. Why did we wait? We did an order for a friend working down the street who really wanted a sub. We eventually got our order but this was the worse service I've seen in so long. I personally will not be back.
