Horrible customer service, on January 29 around 430pm-530pm I ordered a Subway with jalapenos, lettuce and chipotle sauce "only" order placed via drive thru. When I arrived to my office nearby to the restaurant location I noticed they missed the jalapenos and for some reason added red onions which I do not like at all. I call them around 30 minutes later when I discovered the mistake, because after picking up the order I went to work and a client was waiting for me. When they answered via phone call the employee stated that in order to get the correct subway I need to take the older one, even if it was bitten or old. I recorded the call; he was reluctant to provide his name. I understand some customers may want to commit fraud and get free food, but this was not my case I am pretty sure they can ask the cook what he input in the sandwich. So even though they committed the mistake now they also have a zero refund policy. I Will not recommend at all to visit this location. I gave the sandwich to my colleague anyway since I did not had any additional lunch time or breaks and my store closes until 9pm.
