In addition, she was helping her peers who had questions. Great job, Mayra and thank you for the superior customer service. Side note- I did notice associates didn’t have name tags on and the guy I asked didn’t know Mayra’s name when I asked. He had to ask her what her name was. Might be a good idea in the future

- RGRichard G.Feb 22, 20261.0I placed and paid for my order in advance specifically to avoid waiting. When I arrived at approximately 3:20 PM, the app indicated my order was “ready.” It was not. Despite informing the employee multiple times that I had already placed and paid for an online order, I was not acknowledged. I waited over 30 minutes while other customers were assisted. During that time, two DoorDash drivers walked in, placed their orders in-store, and had their food prepared and completed before my prepaid online order was even started. Watching newly placed orders take priority over an already paid order was unacceptable. If online orders are not going to be prepared when marked “ready,” and if delivery services are going to be prioritized over customers physically present who have already paid, that should be clearly stated. The entire purpose of ordering ahead is efficiency. This experience accomplished the opposite. Had I known I would be ignored while later orders were fulfilled first, I would have canceled and gone elsewhere. However, because payment had already been processed, I felt stuck waiting with no clear communication. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had, and I believe other customers deserve to know what to expect from this place.
