The other two incompetent employees have no customer service experience. They were extremely slow and had no urgency in assisting any of the customers that were coming in the store. They Left my meals on the counter without completing my order. They should not be running the facility alone they’re clearly not trained to do so.
- JMJordan MonroyDec 22, 20251.0i will never come back to this subway location. the customer service and pace was extremely poor. we waited over an HOUR for our ONLINE pickup order. the workers did not start on our order until we walked in the line like if we were dinning in. we reminded them 3 times before doing so if our order was ready and to remind them we had a pickup order. 30 minutes later, they finally began working on our order. it took one of the workers 25 more minutes to complete 4 simple sandwiches. i am extremely dissatisfied and urge everyone to never come here. absolutely disheartening.
